Valpolicella Classica is an elegant and refined wine, pours a beautiful ruby red with purplish hues. Flowery, spicy, it evokes fresh morello cherries.
In the palate it is a clean-tasting and forthright wine, fresh and sour,characteristic. Edgy when young, after a couple of years it becomes more balanced.
